The 45-minute consultation focuses on your most pressing concern, which may involve startup, compliance, paperwork, titles, inventory, floorplan use, systems, or advisory needs. You receive three priorities in order, a written action summary, and one follow-up clarification within seven days.
What is the Dealership Compliance & Operations Reset?
It is a structured review and reset for existing dealerships that need clearer files, tighter workflows, stronger accountability, better visibility into open issues, and a prioritized corrective action plan.
What does ADSG floorplan training cover?
Training covers terminology, fees, curtailments, payoffs, audits, title handling, aging inventory, the cost of holding vehicles, disciplined buying limits, cash protection, and exit planning for units that are not selling.
Does ADSG provide floorplan funding?
No. ADSG provides independent education and strategy training. ADSG is not a floorplan lender and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers referenced during training.
How does Dealer Jacket Organization work?
ADSG organizes physical dealer jackets, reviews them for items that appear to require follow-up, and provides an individual missing-document sheet for each jacket. Orlando drop-off is available by appointment, and on-site or larger-volume work can be quoted separately.
Can ADSG work with dealerships outside Orlando?
Yes. ADSG provides virtual consulting and training for dealers throughout Florida and beyond. On-site support is available in Central Florida and may be available in other areas based on scheduling, travel, and scope.
Does ADSG guarantee licensing, funding, or audit compliance?
No. ADSG provides operational consulting, education, training, and implementation support. Agency decisions, lender approvals, provider requirements, and dealership outcomes remain outside ADSG's control.
